Looking to rent a House or apartment in Preston from January 2009. Long term sought, working professional, have excellent references from the last 2 years with the same landlord/Property. Would ideally like furnished as I don't have much furniture, nice location preferred in or around Preston, definately not prepared to live in a housing association or 'student' area, parking required.
